I had a wonderful stay at Jen Beijing By Shangri-La. The views of the CCTV building were simply stunning, both during the day and at night. The staff was generally helpful, although some communication challenges arose. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but there were minor issues with service at times.

The location was convenient, halfway between the bustling Sanlitun area and the more traditional shopping at Wangfujing. However, I did experience a minor issue with the room's curtains, which detracted from the overall luxury feel. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant experience. 😄
